1 Down, 1 to Go!

This past Sunday was the 1st Patchwork Indie Arts and Crafts Show of 2 – this one was held in Santa Ana and the next one is in Long Beach on Sunday, June 27th (see flyer below).

It was a great day! Very hot! But we thought ahead and provided mint-infused lemonade for the weak and weary show-goers melting in the sun.

My husband and I represented Makers League and brought along some fun pinwheel crafts for the kiddos (Ruthi was soaking up the hot Texas sun at a weeeeeeding!)

(stolen image from Delilah’s blog, ProjectSmall! She and her niece Nicole from Random Nicole did a GREAT job at putting this event together! Thanks gals!! )

Thanks to our volunteer helper Katie (pictured above). She was great with the kids and such a delight to spend the day with!!

[Special] thanks to Mary Byrd of MayByrd Clothing who provided the above jewelry as display in our booth! She is a phenomenal apparel and jewelry designer, and is the founder of MayByrd Clothing – a company that “creates shirts featuring designs by artists with autism”. Check her out!

Hope you’re all planning on attending the Long Beach Patchwork! Heard this one’s going to be a really dooooozie!!!!

See you there!!
